摘要
电镜观察表明:家蚕微粒子原虫(NosemabombycisNaegeli)裂殖体在体内以分裂法增殖,裂殖体2核,常有宿主的粗面内质网包围。裂殖子通过细胞膜厚化转为产孢体。产孢体分裂成为孢子芽细胞后逐渐发育为成熟的新孢子,此过程可观察到胞内原生质电子密度极高和胞内类似中空两个过程。成熟孢子具有典型Nosema属的特征。
Results observed with an electronic microscope showe d that the
schizont of Nosemabombycis Naegeli propagated in silkworm body with a divison mode. The
schizont hastwo nuclei,surrounded normally by rough endoplasmic reticulum of the host
cell.Themerozoite transformed sporont by thickening of cell membrane. The sporont divided
intothe sporoblast,and then gradually developed to a new mature spore. Above whole form-ing
process,it can be observed that two phases of electronic density being extremely highand low
in the intracellar plasma. Mature spore has typical characteristics of Nosemagenus.
