摘要
综述近十余年来关于Bridgman-Hg(1-x)CdxTe晶体生长过程中场量的数值分析工作,评价一般Bridgman系统的数值分析,总结和归纳计算模型及边界条件处理方法,指出存在的问题及今后应开展的研究工作.
Since the performance of the diabasic alloy-Hg1-xCdxTe Crystal is very sensitive to its composition as well as the component distribution, Bridyman method is usually used for the crystal growth. The flotation-driven convection in the melt has an important role in the heat and mass transport to solid-liquid interface. In order to know quantitatively the effect of the convection on crystal uniformity, it is necessary to effectively and precisely make a numerical analysis for all kinds of field variables of the system. During the last 10 years, the study on the numerical analysis of the field variables for the Bridgman-Hg1-xCdxTe crystal growth is proved very instructive for the practical crystal growth. This poper has reviewed it's progress; evaluated the numerical analysis for the usual Bridgman system; summarized the processing methods of the mathematical models and boundary conditions, and finally has indicated the existing problems and proposed some future research work for further development.
