摘要
用X-射线衍射、维氏显微硬度测量等方法研究了在惰性气体中蒸发Ag-Cu母合金.然后原位加压成型得到的纳米晶Ag-CU合金.实验结果表明,n-Ag(37)Cu(63)合金由富银.富铜固溶体组成.点阵参数随退火温度的变化表明,它们是快速冷却超粒子时产生的过饱和固溶体.样品的维氏显微硬度随晶粒的长大而减小,遵循Hall-Petch关系.
Nanocrystalline Ag-Cu alloy. synthesized by evaporating Ag-Cu master alloy in inert gas and in situ compaction. was studied by means of X-ray diffractometry. Experimental results reveal that the as-synthesized n-Ag37Cu63 is composed of Ag-rich and Cu-rich solid solutions which are supersaturated due to the rapid cooling processed during particle formation. The Vickers microhardness of the sample decreases with increasing the average grain size as predicted by the Hall-Petch relationship.
