摘要
讨论了可压缩烧结材料的屈服条件,研究了可压缩烧结材料平面应变速度场方程,应力边值问题、应力间断规律。应用滑移线法分析了宽高比的可压缩烧结材料板条粗糙平板镦粗变形,并用烧结铜矩形块粗糙平板镦粗实验作了验证。
The yield condition of compressible sintered powder materials is discussed in this paper, and the velocity field equation,boundary stress condition, stress discontinuity law for the materials in plane strain are researched as well. The rough rigid plate upsetting of sintered powder block with width to height ratio W/h≥tg(π/4+θ/2)is analyzed in use of the slip line method,and experiment of rough rigid plate upsetting with sintered cop per is done to verify the theoretical calculation.
