摘要
研究了采用金属、石墨加工组合型离心铸造工艺成形的Zr3铸钛机匣不同部位的组织和力学性能。研究结果表明,ZT3铸钛机匣的宏观组织、显微组织和力学性能是稳定可靠的,完全满足了航空发动机的要求,可长期安全可靠地工作。
The report researched the micrcatructure and mechanical properties in different arca of ZT3 casting ti-tanium case formed from chill and machined graphite build-up molds centrifugal casting processes.Results showed that then were stable and dependable for microstructure and mechanical properties ofZT3 casting titanium case. It was fully satisfactory for demands on aero-engine using. It can work safetyand dependably for a long time.
