摘要
本文研究了固溶冷却速度对Incoloy907合金显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,快速固溶冷却速度引起ξ相的广泛沉淀和540℃缺口持久性能的提高,然而降低一定的拉伸强度。缓慢固溶冷却速度影响结果相反。适当控制固溶冷却速度可获得良好综合性能。
The effect of cooling rate from solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Incoloy907 has been studied in various media. It was determined that rapid cooling after solution treat- ment resulted in extensive precipitation of ξ phase, improvements in 540℃ notch stress rupture life and de- creases in tensile strength. Howerer, slow cooling from solution treatment had a quite reverse result. Re-sults of this investigation property through control of the cooling rate after solution treatment.
