摘要
对一种舵机装置的活塞连接销的剪断故障进行了综合分析，最终得出导致用于剪断的原因并非材料及工艺等因素，而是试验时不注意操作造成压强过冲超过了销子的剪断强度所致。
he piston connecting pin clipping fault of control actuator is comprehensirely analysied in this paper.The reason of the pin clipping fault is not caused by material and techology etc. but pressure overshootover the clipping strength when testing.
