摘要
采用直流电弧氮等离子体蒸发─凝聚法制备了纯度大于98%粒径可控的高纯TiN纳米粉末。并通过原位加压,制得了纳米晶固体材料。探索了不同温度下TiN纳米晶材料的晶粒尺寸和密度的变化规律。探讨了烧结过程中它的致密化过程。结果表明,温度较低时(<1100℃),晶粒长大不明显,密度提高不大。温度升高(>1100℃).晶粒长大迅速,密度明显增大。同时,常温下TiN纳米晶材料断面不平坦,有“类团聚体”存在,它对TiN纳米晶材料的烧结致密化有重要影响。
Nanosize TiN powders were synthesized by the method of evaporation and condensation in DC arc nitrogen plasma. The purity of powders was more than 98%wt. The nanosize TiN powders were compacted in-situ at high pressure of 2.5GPa in high vacuum, into TiN nanostructured materials. The experimental results showed that the grains grow slowly and density is less than 74% at low temperature (<1100℃>.With temperature increases,the grains grow rapidly and density enlarged obviously. Meanwhile it was found that the fractograph of nanostructured TiN materials has an uneven surface with some ridges called “as-agglomerates”. This influenced the densification and micro structure of TiN nanostructured materials.
