摘要
从考虑复合材料微结构,以及其在外载作用之下的细观损伤着手,进一步认识复合材料的强度性能是当今复合材料细观力学研究所面临的主要问题。本文利用Eshelby的等效夹杂概念[1],把单向层合板看成是均质的基体材料中呈一定规律分散着夹杂(即纤维)的非均质体,首先求得了在面内均布剪切外载作用下复合材料内部的细观应力分布,然后以此为基础分析了细观损伤起始的方式,准则,最后进一步把损伤裂纹看成是特殊的夹杂,利用能量平衡研究了损伤的演化,以及由这些损伤而引起的宏观破坏的可能方式和相应的准则。结果表明界面粘接强度和基体开裂强度的相对大小决定了单向层合板面内剪切破坏的机理及其相应的破坏准则,适当增加基体开裂强度和增加界面粘接强度都能增加层合板的面内剪切强度。
Based on Eshelby's concept of equivalent inclusion, unidirectional laminate is considered as inhomogeneous body which contains a lot of inclusion, i.e. fibers. With equivalent inclusion method, first, microstresses in the laminate under intenlaminar shear load are analysed, second, damage initiation mode and criterion are determined, finally, the damage evolution, macrofailure,and related criterion are studied. It is found that the failure mechanism and the criterion may be decided by relative interface strength to the matrix strength and the interlaminar shear strength can be increased with increasing properly matrix strength and interface strength.
