摘要
扼要地评述了以有机硅聚合物为先驱体的SiC纤维的制备,以及通过降低纤维中的含氧量和控制微晶增长等手段,来提高纤维的高温稳定性和力学性能的方法。
In this paper,the preparation of SiC fibers with organosiliconpolymer as precursors,and the methods of increasing the mechanical properties and the high-temperature stability by means of decrease in the oxygen content and control of crystalline size in fibers,are shortly reviewed and discussed.
