摘要 本文介绍以γ-氧化铝基铂重整废催化剂为原料,从回收铂后的含铝废液中制取氢氧化铝的工艺过程.然后以Al(OH)_3为基体,与氧化锑及含卤化合物配用,研制适用于UPR的添加型协效阻燃剂,对其阻燃机理作了简要分析,该阻燃剂配方已成功地用于挤拉及手糊成型的FRP制品中,阻燃氧指数(OI)达30~40以上. This paper introduces the process taking the γ-Al( OH) 3 based Pt reformed waste catalyst as raw material to make Al (OH) 3, which is contained in the waste solution from Pt reclaiming process.Based on the Al(OH)3 obtained and supported by antimony oxide and halogenide, the compounde flame retardant additive which can be used in UP resin has been developed,and a brief analysis on its flame resisting mechanism given also.The flame retardant formula has been successfully used in FRP products produced by pultrusion and hand-lay processes, which have the flame resisting oxygen-index of higher than 30-40.
