摘要
从雷公藤根皮中分离出一种含三个环氧基的二萜内酯酮化合物（Ⅰ），利用一维和二维ＮＭＲ技术，通过对￣１Ｈ和￣（１３）ＣＮＭＲ谱的分析，归属了所有和￣１Ｈ和￣（１３）Ｃ化学位移。
Triptonide has been isolated from root of the medicinal plant Tripterygium wilforidii.Analysls of ~1H and ^(13)C NMR spectra of（I），with the aid of COSY and HCCOSY and COLOC experiments，has allowed unambiguous chemical shift assignments of all protons and carbons of this compound。
