摘要
为了考察含铬Fe_3Al合金在高温空气介质中的抗氧化性能,本文利用热分析天平连续称重法,测定了试验合金在1100~1300℃下的氧化动力学曲线,计算了其抛物线氧化速度常数。并利用X射线结构分析、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析等手段,对氧化层的组成及合金元素分布进行了分析。结果表明,氧化层主要为α-Al_2O_3,24h连续氧化时,膜破裂发生于1300℃;随着氧化温度升高,氧化层中铬含量急剧降低。
In order to research the high temperature oxidation behaviour in dry air for Fe_3Al alloy,we measure the oxidation kinotics curves for the alloy,and calculated the parabolic rate constant K,The morphologies of the oxide layer and alloy microstructure were examined with scanning electron microscope,phases were identified with the X-ray diffractometer,As a result,a-Al_2O_3 is a main phase in oxide layer.Oxide film breaks down at 1300℃,In continual oxidation test of 24 hours.The contents of Cr rapidly decreases,with elevating of the temperature.
