摘要
对经过轧制热加工的金属间化合物Fe-36.5at%Al及其加入Mn元素的合金进行室温下的拉伸试验。结果表明,未加和加入Mn的FeAl合金,在一定的应变速率范围内,表现出对应变的敏感性,加Mn合金具有较高的延伸率和强度,但应变速率的变化以及Mn的加入并未改变FeAl合金的断裂模式,均为沿晶和穿晶解理断裂的混合模式。
At the room temperattire,tensile behaviours of hot rolled intermetallic compound Fe-36.5Al and its Mn containing alloy have been studied. The results show that Fe-36.5Al alloys with or without Mn addition are sensitive to the strain rate of tensile in a range of strain rate.Fe-36.5Al alloy with Mn addition shows larger elongation and stronger strength than that of Fe-36.5Al alloy without Mn addition,But the difference of fracture mode between Fe-36.5Al alloys with and without Mn addition is no significant. The fracture modes are both mixed modes of intergranular and transgranular cleavage.
