摘要
自蔓燃高温合成是利用元素粉末间高度放热反应制备高熔点化合物的一种新工艺。用核工艺合成金属间化合物是材料科学领域内的新课题。文中通过典型的Ni-Al、Fe-Al、Ti-Al系评述用自蔓燃高温合成法制取金属间化合物过程的基本特点,诸如粉末特性、反应热、反应蔓延速度、化学反应生成物特征以及相关的工艺发展。
Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS)utilizing high heat liberaed from chemical reaction of elementpowders is a new echnique for producing high melting pointcompounds.SHS of intermetallics is a new subect in materialsscience.Basic technique processings and control factors in thisarea,such as powder characteristics, heat of reaction,propagatingrate of reaction, propertes of final products,are reviewed throughsome typical examples of Ni-Al,Fe-Al and Ti-Al SHS. Reactionhot pressing,reaction hot isostatic pressing and pseudo-HIP arediscussed as progress in SHS of intermetallics.
