摘要
研究了Fe-Cu-Mo-Si-B超微晶软磁合金的性能与晶化退火处理工艺的关系,结果表明,最佳晶化处理温度为510℃。并运用透射电镜,X射线衍射等方法分析了合金的显微组织结构,该合金由二相构成:一相为纳米级超微晶Fe-Si固溶体,另一相为非晶相。
The variation properties with different crystallization annealing performance have been investigated on Fe-Cu-Mo-Si-Bsoft magnetic alloy.A optimum performance with annealing at 510℃ was found.The structural observations under TEM togetherwith X-ray diffraction were determined that the alloy is composed of two phases,i.e.α-FeSi solution with nanometer orderultrafine grain,and amorphous phase.
