摘要
从抗弹丸(或破片)贯穿和防止非贯穿性损伤的角度,观察几种复合式防弹层的防护效果和BPV-Ⅰ、Ⅱ型防弹背心的防护能力。构成BPV-Ⅰ、Ⅱ型防弹背心的材料有经特殊热处理的合金铝板、高强度锦纶绸和特殊结构的减伤层。实验结果表明:Ⅰ型防弹背心能有效地抵御54式7.62mm手枪弹(覆铜钢甲弹),有效防护距离3.40m以上;Ⅰ型背心可防护低、中速破片,V50为(422.1~426.8)m/s。动物防护实验表明:Ⅰ型防弹背心可十分有效地防止器官组织的非贯穿性损伤。
Bullet-proof effects of composite materials and the protective capability of armored vests BPV-Ⅰ、Ⅱ were investigated.Materials constituting the BPV-Ⅰ、Ⅱ armored vests include:aluminium alloy plates processed through quenching and ageing,hish intensity polyamide fabric and trauma packs having special structures.The results showed that armored vest BPV-Ⅰ can effectively prevent the penetration of 7.62mm pistol bullets (Model 54,Made in China)fired at a distance of 3.4lm or more and that armored vest BPV-Ⅱ can be used to protect from shell fragments traversing at 422.lm/s~426.8m/s in V_50.Animal experiments proved that armored vests BPV-Ⅰ、Ⅱ can avoid or remarkably attenuate non-penetrating trauma (NPT ) which has appeared puzzling for so many years because of the special design of the trauma pack.
