摘要
利用微电脑技术，处理蛙坐骨神经动作电位的方法及局部麻醉药对神经动物电位的影响。实验结果表明在刺激电极与引导电极间滴加普鲁卡因后３～５０ｍｉｎ，动作电位明显受到阻断，６０ｍｉｎ后恢复至对照水平。
In this experiment we made use of computer technology to handle action potential(AP) and observed the effect of local anaesthetic on AP.Our results indicated:3 min￣50 min after dripping procaine between the stimulating electrode and the recording electrode,action potential was obviously blocked.60 min later,it recovered to its control level.
