摘要
通过辽绕地区中低产田改造工程的调查研究,运用动态分析方法,详细地计算了井灌工程各项经济效益指标,并进行全面的综合评价,为进一步提高工程效益提出了改进措施。
In this articie the authors calculatrd in detail all items of economic be-
nefit of a well-irrigation project in Liao Rao Region,by investigating its po-
tential for transformig,moderate-and low-yielding fields,using dynamic
analysis method,and gave the project an overall comprehensive evaluation.
In addition,we put forward some proposals to further increase the
benefit of the project,and offer suggestions to relevant agencies to help
them push the work ahead.
