摘要
本文论证推导了适用于规则状态及非规则状态啮合的渐开螺旋面交错轴共轭对应点方程。文章应用对应点方程导出了渐开线齿轮交错轴啮合的根切判断条件式、过渡曲线干涉判断条件式、(斜)齿轮理论齿宽计算公式以及重合度计算公式。这些方程、公式都可以脱离坐标系来使用。
This paper presents the conjugate corresponding-point formulations of interaxes involute helical, which is applicable to regular and irregular mesh states,and from which it derives the root-cutting determination condition formula of interaxes involute gears,interference determination condition formula of transition-curve, and calculation formula of overlapping coefficient and theoretical width of (helical) gears. All these formulas can be used for separation from coordinate.
