摘要
我院１９９１～１９９２年度对５８５例患者１２５４份尿标本进行病原学分离培养鉴定，菌株培养阳性率为３１．７％，两年度均以革兰阴性菌为主，霉菌有上升。送检患者分为免疫功能低下及正常两组，分析比较病原菌特点。前组菌种类别多但分布分散，常有少见菌；后组菌种集中，主要种类依次为；大肠埃希氏菌、白色念珠菌、粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。文中对重复及多重感染、老年无症状菌尿及部分菌种药敏趋势也进行了分析。

specimcns of 585patients were detected.Positive rate of bacteria
isola-ted were 31.7%。Among them gram-neGativl bacteria were more
common than others.There was incre-ased tendency of fungi.AII
patients were devided into two groups、the low function immunity
group(growp 1)and the normal function lmmunity group (group2).In
group1,the species of bacteria weremore but species of distribution
were divergent,usually some species of rare bacteria were
isolated.Ingroup2,the common bacteria were Escherichia coli,candida
albicans,and so on In this paper,otherproblems including
superinfection,multiple infection, UTI and the change of
susceptibility for some ba-cteria were discussed
