摘要
从离休小鼠脑突触小体膜试验和动物实验两方面,初步探讨了稳态磁场对BALB/C小鼠脑突触小体膜的影响。离休脑突触小体膜试验结果表明,0.380T以下稳态磁场对膜蛋白ATPase活性、园二色性和膜脂热致相变行为没有明显影响。而阳性对照组ATPase活性下降,园二色谱形状明显改变,膜蛋白α-螺旋量显著降低。动物实验也未发现1.4T以下稳态磁场对小鼠脑突触小体膜膜蛋白ATPase活性和园二色性具有明显影响。但观察到1.4T以下稳态磁场组小鼠脑突触小体膜膜脂热致相变行为有改变。
The effects of Static Magnetic Fidlds (SMF)on the
Synaptosome Membrane (SM)were studied in vitro and in vivo.The
changes of Cireular Dichroism (CD),Transition temperature and ATPawd
Activity (ineluding Na+-K+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase )are reported here.
INn vitro,The results showed that0.380 T SMF could not affeet the
ATPase activity,CD,and Transition thmperature of SM.In addition,if
the reaction system was exposed to 0.020,0.064 0.380 T SMF, while SM
was interacting with ATP,the A TPase activity of SM would show no
significant change . However,0. 1 mmol/L Pb2+ could sign-ificantly
inhibit ATPase activity and deerease the peak height of CD.The
a-helix content in SM was zero. In vivo.we didn’t find any effect of
SMF on ATP ase activity and CD of SM,But Transition temperature of SM
see hed to increase as the flux density of SMF went up.
