摘要
用二甲亚砜、甲基叔丁醚及环已二胺四乙酸制成一种胆色素类结石溶解剂，即复方二甲亚砜制剂。在体外，此制剂溶解人胆色素类结石的能力明显优于复方桔油乳剂。在动物体内，向狗胆囊内注入该制剂对动物血象、血液生化指标及重要脏器组织结构无明显影响。
We have developed
a contact solubilizer for pigment gallstone,a compound dimethyl
sulfoxide pr-eparation,using dimethyl sulfoxide,methyl tert butyl
ether and cyclohexane diamine tetraacetic acid。On comparing the in
vitro capacity to solubilize pigment gallstone,the compound dimethyl
sulfoxide preparation was found to be superior to compound orange oil
emulsion. Animal toxicological experi-ment showed that there were no
changes in blood cell count,biochemical indices of liver and renal
fu-nction,and serum phosphocreatine kinase, amylase and electrolytes
after infusion of the compound dimethyl sulfoxide preparation into
the dogs’s gallbladders through cholecystostomy tubes,and no
histo-logical changes were found in animals treated with the compound
dimethyl sulfoxide preparation on systemic survey of various organs
