摘要
实验性ＴＨ细胞缺陷小鼠口饲加味当归补血汤（ＢＴ）和枸杞子（ＬＢ）２周后，其免疫功能得到明显改善，表现为：（１）脾细胞对ＣｏｎＡ，ＬＰＳ的反应性及自然增殖率明显高于未治疗免疫缺陷组（ＩＤ），Ｐ＜０．０１；（２）ＭＬＲ：ＢＴ组提高１．６倍，ＬＢ组提高３．６倍；（３）对ＴＤ抗原的免疫应答，ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＥ抗体应答及ＤＴＨ都显著高于ＩＤ组；（４）ＣｏｎＡ活化的脾细胞对外源性ＩＬ－２的反应性大大高于ＩＤ组，接近正常对照小鼠。ＢＴ和ＬＢ还可增强正常小鼠的免疫功能。
The

shown that:(1) The responsiveness of spleen cells to mi- togens (Con
A,LPS) and spontaneous proliferation are promoted markedly
(P>0.01).(2)Respon siveness significantly increased in splenocytes
activated by Con A to rhIL-2.(3)The MLR was incre-ased 1.6
fold(BT)and 3.6 fold(LB).(4) Both BT and LB improved the development
of T dependentantibody (IgG, IgE)formation and delayed
hypersensitivity reaction significantly (5)LB caused a re-storation
of CD4+ cells to CD8+ cells ratio in lymph nodes. Normal mice treated
with BT or LB haveshown that the responsiveness;of splenocytes to Con
A or SRbc ebviously increased as well.
