摘要
观察了悦您定治疗６０例原发性高血压患者的长期疗效，２０例原发性高血压患者的即刻疗效，及用药过程中的个体反应。长期疗效与即刻疗效分析均有明显统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组患者，经临床与相应实验室检查均未发现肝、肾、血液系统伤害性副作用。

Enalaprial to treat 20 essential hypertensive patients and observed
the immediate ef-fect at 2,3,4 hour after taking l0 mg of Enalaprial.
In the long term group of 60 essential hypertensivepa ents,the
systolic and diasstolic blood pressure weredecreasedsignificantly。
Theheartratehadnochange.18 weeks after taking Enalaprial,the systolic
pr0essurewasloweredfrom 20. 4±1. 87kPa( ±s,n=60)before t reatment
to l8.0±2.3kPa( ±s,n=60) after treatment. The diastolic pressure
waslowered f rom l2.5±1.2kPa( ±s,n=60) to ll.7±1.2kPa( ±s,n=
60).Thedifferencebetweenthe diastolic andsystolicpressure was
significant (P<0.01).
