摘要
将水平圆柱体表面的二维濡壁流看作无数不同倾角值下的一维濡壁流的组合,通过对一维濡壁流速度分布公式的修正获得二维濡壁流的速度分布。由液流流向的上下两个转折点,将液膜分为三个区域,分别导出液膜厚度方程。以液膜外缘处径向速度与圆周速度的等值点为相邻区域的液膜厚度方程的“转换点”,从而给出了水平圆柱体表面二维濡壁流的一种近似解法。用实例进行了试算并与采用一维濡壁流公式所得结果进行了比较。
On the surface of a horizontal column, it is assumed that two-dimensional wetted wall flow consists of one-dimensional flow at various argles, We have developed the velocity equation of one dimensional flow, and then gained a new one to describe the velocity field of two-dimensional flow, The film on the column is divided into three sections by its two converting-points in the flow direction, Each section is given a equation to calculate the film thickness. The converting-point is defined where the value of radial component velecity on the film surface equals to its tangential component velocity, We also give some results and compare it with one-dimensional equation.
