摘要
作者基于经典的Pennes生物传热方程,利用基点展开法,导出了一个由生物体表温度直接推断体核温度的测试公式,可利用普通体温计无创伤性地获取生物体任意局部的深核体温;为拓宽现有体内测温仪的测量范围,作者引入多项式插值及其外推法,用以获取穿刺深度以外的温度信息,对发展多功能型的集物性、体核温度测试以及诊断和治疗于一身的生物医疗仪器有一定的指导意义。
Based on Pennes' classical bioheat equation, an equation for direct inferring bio body’s core temperature is derived by using the extending method from a base point. This will make it possible to get local core temperature anywhere in a bio-body without any damage. In Order to increase the measurement range of current instruments to find temperatures inside the body a polynomial interpolating and extrapolating method is introduced , and the temperature information beyond invasive depths can be accquired. Suggestions are made to develop multifunctional biomedical instruments which may measure all thermal properties, body’s core temperature, even could be used for diagnosis and treatment.
