摘要
本文对氧化钙吸硫反应动力学进行了研究。通过对研究数据的回归计算,提出了以相界面化学反应控制为机理的反应动力学模型,求出了表现活化能值,并对反应机理进行了分析探讨,目前氧化钙吸硫反应机理尚无定论,本文提出的在特定条件下的吸硫反应动力学方程,对提高吸硫反应速率提供了理论依据,并为更全面地理解吸硫反应机理提供了帮助。
The reaction kinetics of sulfur capture with lime is studied in this paper.By mathematic regression of experimental data,it is found that the intrinsic reaction rate is controlled by chemical reaction taken place in phase interface.The mathematic model of the reaction kinetics and the value of the activation energy are also analyzed and discussed.So far there has been no final conclusion with regard to the reaction mechanism of sulfur capture with lime.Therefore,the reaction kinetics under specific condition presented in this paper provides the theoretical explanation for increasing the reaction rate and helps to understand the reaction mechanism of sulfur capture with lime.
