摘要
本文通过对ＧｅｒＢｅｒ提出的理论加以修正，导出了计算在非对称应力循环下构件疲劳强度的公式，实例表明，有一定的实用价值。
Based on amending the theory posed by GER BER,a formula used for calculating the fatigue strength of a construct forced alternately by a non-symmetric stress is conducted in this paper.Some calculations show that it is reasonable and practical available.
