摘要
用实验和模拟分析手段研究了混流干燥机的干燥不均匀性。发现在进气盒与邻近排气盒之间的区域内干燥强度有显著差异,并存在干燥强度极低的死区。干燥机内不同位置上的空气温度、湿度、风速及谷物温度和含水率是变化的,从不同位置流过干燥机的谷物出机时的水分和温度有显著差异。进、排气盒的错位排列可明显改善干燥不均匀性。
Drying unevenness in mixed-flow grain dryer is studied by experiments and simulation analyses.It is found that the drying intensities in the area between the inlet air duct and surround exhaust air ducts are much different.There are dead areas where the drying intensity is zero.The deviations of air temperature,air hu- midity,air flow rate and grain temperature,grain moisture content inside the dryer are studied.It shows that alternately arranging the inlet and exhaust air ducts in one column can improve the drying evenness effectively.
