摘要
确立了"干湿半两步发酵工艺"类型和上下两层的罐体结构型式。利用原料预处理洗粪装置和新型搅拌装置加快物料分解,以提高产气量;利用贮气装置降低罐内气压,稳定灶前气压。采用网箱吊装方法进出秸秆,采用气压虹吸方法进出粪液,工艺流程顺畅,管理方便,效率高。
Dry and wet half two-phase digestion process is established and a dou- ble-deck digester is designed.Using manure washing device,new mixing device and biogas storage device,the biogas yield rate is raised.Netted box hoist is employed to load and unload straw and self-pressure siphon discharge method is used to input and output liquid manure.Plastic film green house and looped trench are considered for thermal insulation.Congruently digester volume is decreased,biogas yield is raised.Cost is reduced and environment is improved.
