摘要
本试验采用水培和琼脂两种培养方式,模拟在不同铁浓度条件下,水稻根表铁氧化物积累或铁胶膜厚度对吸收镉的影响。结果表明,在铁浓度约40 mg·L^(-1)(10^(-5)mol·L^(-1))时,水稻根表累积铁氧化物和所形成的铁胶膜的厚度使水稻地上部分和根中镉的含量均最高。铁浓度下降时,镉含量呈下降趋势。
Solution culture and agar culture experiments were conducted to study the effect of iron coatings of rice roots on plant absorption of cadmium at different Fe levels.The results showed that the content of Cd in rice shoots increased with increasing Fe supply,but at a certain level of Fe(solution cul- ture:10^(-5)mol·L^(-1);agar culture:40 mg·L^(-1)),decreased with increasing Fe supply.The similar trend was found in rice roots.
