摘要
以开发杨木利用为目的，采用刨花平整度、刨花合格率和单位绝干合格刨花能耗等三个指标，对用盘式刨切机刨切杨木进行了研究。通过正交试验找到最佳工艺参数：木材含水率５０％；飞刀伸出量０．４ｍｍ；刨花规格５０．０ｍｍ×２５．０ｍｍ。所制造的刨花压制的结构板材性能高于国外同类产品性能。
This paper is aimed at developing and utilizing the poplar and flaking poplarwith a disk flaker analysed by factors of flatness,percentage of pass and specific energy-con-sumption of oven- dried qualified flakes.The optimum parameters are found by the orthogonaltest:wood moisture content-50%,knife projection──0.4mm and the demensions offlake-50.0mm×25.0mm.The quality of the board made of this kind of flakes is superi-or to that of the similar board from abroad.
