摘要
本文研究炸药装药后座冲击模拟实验装置工作机制,用应力波理论分析重锤与炸药装药之间的相互作用过程,发现初始冲击波在加载卸载历史中不占主导地位;从刚体动力学观点将这种相互作用简化为二阶系统,可得到一组关于应力、应力率和应力脉冲宽度的表达式。理论分析结果与实验符合较好。这对后座冲击模拟实验装置的设计、调试和实验分析有指导意义。
Working principles of a setback-shock simulator for explosive loading
are studied in this paper. The interreaction between the weight hammer and the
explosive sample is analysed making use of the stress wave theory. It has been
discovered that the action of initial shock wave is not important in the loading
and unloading history. Based on the theory of rigid body dynamics this
interreaction is simplified as a second order system and a set of equations
relating to stress, stress rate and stress pulse width are derived. The results of
analysis fit well with experimental data. This study will be of benefit to the
design and adjustment of such simulators and to the analysis of experimental
results.
