摘要
利用极差极小化理论,揭示了圆柱度误差最小区域的几何特征.在圆柱度误差最小区域代数判别条件的基础上,总结出非退化条件下圆柱度误差最小区域的几何判别条件,验证了两种判别条件的一致性,为采用置换算法评定圆柱度误差提供了一种新的有效途径.
Theory of minimization of extreme difference is used to reveal the geometric feature of minimum zone of cylindricity error.Based on the algebraic criterion, the geometric criterion for the minimum zone of cylindricity error under the condition of non-degeneration has been found out.The congruence of the two kinds of criteria has been proved experimentally. An exchange algorithm by way of the geometric criterion can be used to evaluate the cylindricity error.
