论东乡铜矿含铜胶状黄铁矿矿石的结构构造与选矿 被引量:1

摘要 含铜胶状黄铁矿矿石是十分难选的矿石,铜浮选指标很低。本文对这种矿石的结构构造与选矿的关系进行了工艺矿物学研究。这种矿石含有大量的胶状黄铜矿和黄铁矿,导致了矿石硬度降低、磨矿时矿石易过粉碎、矿石易氧化、铜矿物浮游性能降低等,这是东乡铜矿铜选矿指标低的主要原因。文中还对这种胶伏矿石选矿指标进行了预测。 Copper-bearing colloidal pyrite ore is a refractory ore.The metallurgical performances of copper flotation are very low.In this paper,the research on process mineralogy has been done for investigating the relationship of the structure of this ore with flotation.This kind of ore has high contents of colloidal cbalcopyrite and pyrite,resulting in lower ore hardness easy overgrinding,easy oxidation and lower flotability of copper minerals,etc.This is the main reason for poor metallurgical performances of copper flotation at Dongxiang Copper Mine.In this paper,the metallurgical performances of copper flotation for the colloidal ore have been predicted.
