摘要
本文试验研究了建筑用钢筋加压对焊接头端面的制备、顶锻压力、氧乙炔焰性质、加热温度范围、加热时间、锻粗直径或庄缩量、焊后正火处理等问题,并确定了合适的工艺参数。文中还介绍了建筑用钢筋加压对焊方法对焊接质量的影响及社会经济效益。
The influence of butting surface preparation, upset pressure, flame condition, heating area and temperature, heating time, amount of upset, and post welding normalization on the welding quality have been investigated. The suitable process parameters were determined. This work indicated that this process is highly economical and its use should be expanded.
