摘要
跨国公司是一种特殊的企业组织形式，它是生产国际化的必然产物，在现代经济活动中，有其独特的作用。有色金属工业建立跨国公司是有色金属资源特点和世界有色金属生产的国际性特点决定的。改革开放推动了中国有色金属工业海外企业的发展，目前有色总公司的海外企业已初具规模。建立跨国公司，在海外办企业应统筹规划，统一布署，重点开发海外的有色金属资源，增强中国有色金属工业在国际市场中的竞争能力。
Transnational corporation is a special establishment form and an inevitable outcome of production internationalization,which shows a unique function in modern economic activities.The transnational corporation established by nonferrous metals industry is determined by the character of nonferrous resources and internationalization of world's nonferrous metals production.The policy of reform and opening to the outside accelerates the development of the overseas enterprises run by China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation,which have now begun to take shape.Establishing transnational corporations and running overseas enterprises must adopt overall planning and unified arrangement,putting emphasis on the exploitation of overseas nonferrous metals resources.It will strengthen the competitive capability of China nonferrous metals industry in the international market.
