摘要
本文讨论了在现代板带轧机中广泛使用的两种主要液压执行机构(液压AGC和用于板型控制的弯辊系统)的设计与分析方法,重点是建模与计算机仿真;介绍了已建立的仿真模型,给出了一些仿真结果。它表明仿真所作出的预测与实测数据高度吻合。
This paper discusses the design of the two principle hydraulic actuators in rolling mills: capsules for hydraulic Automatic Gauge Control(AGC) and roll bending systems for shape and profile control. The main emphasis is on the modelling and computer simulations to the rolling process. The basis of these models is presented together with some results from the simulations. These results compare well with data from test measurements.
