Statistical Sub-Cluster Model of Stress-Strain Relationship and Its Comparison with the Experiments

摘要 本文把高分子材料的拉伸过程看成是拉什链段和非拉伸链段的竞争发展过程,采取大系综和群子分布的方法,建立了能描述8种应力-应变曲线类型的统一的模型方程.用大量的实验数据和文献数据对模型进行了检验,取得了良好的吻合,同时得到了不同材料在形变过程中的群子参数变化规律. The development of deformation of polymer materials may be considered as a result of the competition between stretched and unstretched segments.Based on this concept and a fact of grand ensemble and distribution or sub-cluster, a generalized state equation of sub-cluster is developed for describing the eight types of stress-strain curves of polymer materials.A lot of experimental and literature data are employed to verify the ther oretical equation and found to be a good agreement. The sub-cluster parameters are regularily varied with the structures of materials and the test conditions.
