摘要
分析了具有同样厚度、不同宽度的带侧槽(sidegroove)HY-130钢三点弯曲深裂纹试样的J-R曲线及能量耗散率dWdis/Bda的变化规律.发现了裂纹在有限载荷下扩展相同长度时,愈宽的试样的R曲线趋于愈低的位置.并对此进行了分析.并再次论证了dWdis/Bda是一个反映材料断裂韧性的有意义的参量.
The behaviors of J-R curves and dissipation rates for side grooved deep notch three point bend test pieces of HY-130 steel with the same thickness but different widths have been studied. Crack growth occurs at limit load and the R-curves follow the pattern that wider pieces give lower curves. Analysis is made and argued that dWdis./Bda is a parameter to reflect the fracture toughness of materials.
