摘要
本实验向鸣禽锡嘴雀(Coccothraustes coccothraustes)中脑丘间核(ICo,Nucleus intercollicularis)注入辣根过氧化物酶(HRP),在端脑和脑干内,逆行标记细胞出现于下列区域:同侧端脑原纹状体粗核(RA,Nucleus robustus archistriatalis);对侧延髓上橄榄核(OS,Nucleus olivaris superior);双侧(对侧为主)外侧丘系腹核(VLV,Nucleus ventralis lemnisci lateralis)以及对侧丘间核。结果表明:丘间核兼有发声控制和听觉中继的双重功能,并有严格的亚核分工。
HRP was injected into the nucleus intercollicularis in the hawfineb(Coccothraustes coccothraustes) in order to study the vocal and auditorial afferents of the nucleus intercollicularis. In the telencephalon and trugcus egcephali, retrogradly labeled cells were observed in the following regions: homolateral nucleus robustus archistriatalis; contralateral nucleus olivaris superior and nucleus intercollicularis; bilateral (with contralateral predominance) nucleus ventralis lemnisci lateralis. The results mentioned above suggested that the nucleus intercollicularis is not only an auditorial relay nucleus, but also a vocal control nucleus in songbirds.
