新生儿输精管和精囊的神经分布

摘要 用组化等方法,对20例新生儿输精管和精囊的植物神经分布作了系统的观察,两器官同时受肾上腺素能和胆碱能神经支配,其节后神经元的胞体均位于输精管终末端、精囊和膀胱之间的结缔组织中。肾上腺素能纤维分布至输精管环肌层外侧半以外各层;胆碱能纤维束穿过纵肌,在环肌层形成神经丛。精囊内肾上腺素能纤维在整个肌层中均匀地分布,而胆碱能纤维则分布至环肌层和粘膜下层。本文比较了两种纤维成分在受检器官中的分布特点,并通过与成人实验结果的比较,对新生儿输精管神经支配的生后发育进行了讨论。 Using the neurohistochemical and silver impregnation methods, the autonomic innervation of the ductus deferens, seminal vesicles of twenty human neonates and the ductus deferens of two adults was studied.In human neonates, adrenergic nerves were found in the adventitia, outerlongitudinal and circular muscle layers of ductus deferens and seminal vesicles. AChE positive nerve fibers formed a network in the circular muscles, and also in the submucosa, but sparsely. The terminals ran along smooth muscle fibers chiefly following their direction. No clear difference in the amount of innervation could be seen between the distal and middle levels of ductus deferens, but in the proximal section there was an overall tendency towards a decreasing density of the nerve plexuses. A similar distribution was observed in human adult, but the nerve fibers were finer. The adrenergie nerves also innervated the inner-longitudinal muscle of ductus deferens of human adult.Several ganglia were encountered in the connective tissue near the seminal vesicle and terminal parts of ductus deferens. The neurons of the ganglia could be derided into two types: multiangular and elliptic. They differed in shape, size and the degree of impregnation with silver. Also in this paper, a discussion of the post-natal development of the innervation of ductus deferens and seminal vesicle of human neonate the correlation between the physiologic function and the difference of innervation of the two kinds of autonomic nerves in these organs were given.
