用猫20只,于内脏大神经注射CT—HRP,对初级传入在中枢内的投射进行了光、电镜观察。光镜下,内脏初级传入神经元的中枢投射纤维主要经Lissauer's束到脊髓后角边缘,部分可能终止于Ⅰ层,大部分分为内、外侧束包绕灰质后角边缘由浅部板层向深部板层进入Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅹ层。内侧束可能有部分上升到薄束核。电镜观察,在Ⅰ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅹ层看到标记的轴突末梢且可直接与交感节前神经元形成突触。本文还对内脏传入通路进行了讨论并认为交感传入纤维可能经脊髓后角神经元中继上传至孤束核。
Splanchnic afferent projections to the spinal cord and gracile nucleus were labeled following the application of CT-HRP to the trunk of the major splanchnic nerve. Labeled afferent fibers were detected in the ipsilateral Lissauer's tract, in laminae 1、5, 7, 10, at T2-L1 levels of the spinal cord. Labeled afferent fibers from Lissauer's tract projected ventrally along the lateral and medial margins of the dorsal horn and then entered the gray matter from the edges of lamina 5. Part of the labeled afferent fibers projecting along the medial margin of the dorsal horn went to contralateral dorsal horn and a small part of them probably went up to the gracile nucleus. The labeled afferent fibers projected along the lateral margin of the dorsal horn mainly entered the lamina 7 and part of them projected toward retrogradely Jabeled sympathetic preganglionic neurons in the intermediolateral nucleus. CT-HRP labeled axonal terminals were detected in the laminae 1, 5, 7, 10 by electron microscopic observation. It was also seen that the axonal terminals of the primary sympathetic afferent fibers could form synapses directly with sympathetic preganglionic neurons.
