白光干涉仪位移测量的光纤遥传

摘要 本文论述了应用由光纤串接的双白光干涉仪实现干涉信息遥传的原理、实验装置和结果.实验分别在700μm 和6μm 的测量范围内得到±0.6μm 和0.04μm 的位置量遥测精度,将这一方法应用于甲烷气体浓度遥测,其测量精度为0.11%.为实现测量自动化,装置采用微机控制扫描搜索白光干涉条纹极值的方法,实现了白光零级干涉条纹的自动识别与瞄准,其重复精度达0.01μm. A new type of optical fibre remote sensing system of low-level CH_4gas inair is studied in this research work.it is realized for the first time by a method employing two cascade in terferometers connected with optical fibres for measuring passively the CH_4density in air. The key of the technique is the remote measuring of the optical path difference. Based on the present experiments,the measuring accuracy of the system is± 0.11%(1σ),i.e.,2.2% of the lower explosion limit of CH_4 density in air.This result sup- ports the conclusion that the fully optical CH_4 remote sensing system can be extensively used for the detection and monitoring of CH_4 in chemical industrial and fuel mining com- plexes as well as in residential area.
