摘要
用雄性Sp:ague-Dawley大鼠14只,分两组。第一组6只,将荧光金(FG)注入杏仁复合体,检查终纹床核群范围内逆行标记细胞的分布。结果发现,只有在FG注射到中央杏仁核(Ce)的动物,卵圆核(Ov)内才出现较多的标记细胞。第二组8只,选FG注入Ce且Ov有较多标记细胞的切片,分别用抗促皮质激素释放因子(Anti—CRF)和抗神经降压素(Anti—NT)兔血清孵育,冉用FITC—IgG(羊抗兔)血清温育,结果发现,Ov内的FG标记细胞中,部分亦呈现CRF或NT免疫反应阳性。结果提示,Ov内有CRF和NT能神经元投射到Ce。
Ju et al. found that there were many conticotropin-releasing factor (CRF)-and neurotensin(NT)-like immunoreactive neurons in the oval nucleus(Ov) of the bed nuclei of the stria terminalis(BST) in the rat. Our recent work has demonstrated the reciprocal connection between the Ov and the central nucleus of the amygdala (Ce). The present study was designed to characterize the chemical properties of neurons in the Ov projecting to the Ce by combining fluoro-gold(FG) retrograde tract-tracing with immunofluorescence staining technique on the male Sprague-Dawley rats.After injection of FG into the Ce, but not to other amygdaloid nuclei, a large number of FG labeled neurons were observed in the Ov; some of the FG labeled neurons were positively immunostained by antisera to CRF or NT. The present experiments suggest that a part of the Ov neurons which project to the Ce are CRF-or NT-containing.
