摘要
用酶联葡萄球菌A蛋白(HRP-PA)作标记抗体,对树鼩(Tupaia balangeri)脑含DBH神经元进行了光镜和电镜免疫组化观察。发现除蓝斑外,乳头体区也有DBH强阳性反应神经元胞体,这是在大鼠、猴等动物所未报告过的。电镜下见:DBH免疫阳性反应不均匀地分布于乳头体区阳性神经元核周部胞质内,特别与内质网膜以及大、小颗粒囊泡膜相关。偶见与线粒体外膜相关。但在高尔基体膜未见到典型的阳性反应物。
The localization of neurons containing dopamine-β-hydroxylase(DBH) of Tupaia belangeri brain was observed by light and electron microscopy with the HRP-PA as a labeled antibody. In Tupaia brain, the positive reactive cell bodies were located in the mammillary body besides the locus coeruleus. This phenomenon was not reported in the rat, monkey and soon. Under EM, DBH positive reactive product was scattered unevenlyin over the perikarya of neurons which lie in the mammillary body, especially in endoplasmic reticulum membrane, large and small granular vesicle, agranular vesicle membrane, and occasionally in the mitochondria membrane. But no typical positive DBH reactive product on the Golgi Complex membrane was found.
