摘要
本文合成了N-萘基甲基丙烯酰胺(a-HMA)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的本体共聚物。a-HMA的含量分别为3%、5%、8%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%。共聚体的硬度随着共聚体中a-HMA的含量增高而提高;但透光率却随着a-HMA含量增高而下降;软化温度变化不大。共聚体比聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯具有更好的耐溶剂性能。a-HMA--co-MMA共聚物较甲基丙烯酰胺(MAD)-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(MMA)具有更好的耐水性。
Bulk copolymers of a-Naphthyl methacrylamide( a-HMA) with Methyl Methacry- late(MMA) have been prepared. It has been found that the title copolymers are moreheat- resistant than polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA). When the alnount of the amidechanges from 5%to 10%the hardness of the copolymers increases from 25.0kg/mm ̄2 to29. 0kg/mm ̄2 but the transparency of the copolymers decreases from 91%to 77%。 Thea-HMA-co-MMA copolymers have better solvent resistance properties than PMMA. Incomparison with MAD-co-MMA copolymers, the a-HMA-co-MMA copolymers havebetter water-resistance.
