摘要
本文研究了溶剂萃取法提取桂油,应用正交试验和方差分析的方法筛选了不同的溶剂,分析了各种影响因素,确立了最佳工艺条件。使桂油产率提高到1%以上。
The Chinese Cinnamon oil is mainly used as a food fragrant agent and an additive of bevelages and drinks.The traditional method for recovering the oil from barks,leaves and branches is steam distillation.The recovering efficiency of this method is very low and it has only about 0.4% yield.The present paper gives a new method for recovering Chinese Cinnamon oil which is achieved by solvent extraction.This gives an yield of oil more than 1%.
