摘要
建立了分析我国铁路发展滞后的预警模型和我国铁路发展滞后对国民经济增长影响的仿真模型，从而在宏观上加大对我国基础产业的政策扶持和投资力度提供决策依据。
An alerting model for analyzing dealayed-development of Chinese railway and a simulation model for predicting the influence of railway's delayed-development to Chinese national economy are presented, thus to provide the decision evidences for reinforcing policy support and investment intensity to our country' s basic industries in microscopic sense.
